How payment protection works

Buyer funds are held during delivery and are released only after accepted milestones or delivery approval. This keeps both parties aligned on scope and quality.

What is not allowed

Asking for off-platform payment methods, splitting payments outside Skill Lance, or requesting direct transfers before funded checkout is a policy violation.

If something goes wrong

Open a dispute from the order page. Trust and Safety will review order logs, files, and communication history for a fair resolution.
